Plans for the near future include the purchase and restoration of the original turn-of-the-century train depot in Westcliffe, the restoration of an 1880’s narrow gauge caboose, a once opulent dining car, and several other standard gauge rail cars. The acquisition of a 4-6-0 or a 2-8-0 steam locomotive to occupy a space of prominence in the Engine House is still a goal.

These projects, along with numerous programs and planned activities for educational and historical presentations, are what help keep All Aboard Westcliffe an active and vibrant part of the Wet Mountain Valley Community.
